Located on the Arizona-California border, this man-made lake is home to some amazing bass fishing that people from all over the world come to take part in. The lake is also home to a very unique piece of architecture all the way from London. The original London Bridge was won in auction by the city of Havasu, taken apart, and rebuilt in Arizona. You may want to find lodging in Havasu city and then commute a short ways to the actual lake for fishing or other recreational activities. If fishing or boating isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, there are plenty of other activities. These include: stargazing sites, museums of history, birding, parks, and an aquatic center for kids.
